The Warwick road school is a local authority junior, infant and nursery school. The original school was built in a late Victorian style and a number of extensions have been incorporated into the subsequent years. The client’s brief was to dismantle and relocate the historical girl’s entrance porch to a convenient location as part of a new extension to the school. The existing topography of the site was not compatible with the disable discrimination act and the design services expanded to include provisions for access improvements and remodeling of external works.
